My name is Andrew Hase and I am a Systems Administrator and all-round tinkerer. I work predominately with web design, web development, including WordPress plugins and theming, JavaScript and whatever I need to do to get my current project working.

I currently work heavily with enterprise hardware for data storage and virtualization. I really enjoy getting new projects off the ground especially ones that involve large amounts of end user interaction to help the system grow. For example, in my current job I have redone our intranet page to get users to engage with the articles and processes and produce their own articles for future users. I have done this by integrating a number of plugins, custom written plugins and child themes and the integration of discourse. Currently employed as a Systems Administrator in Brisbane. I work with VMware, Windows Servers, Win Exchange and Linux. I also am the proud owner of a number ardunio's, raspberryPi's, bread boards, wires and a large array of LED lights. I really like making LED lights flash.

I am an all round tinkerer. I enjoy working on silly raspberry pi projects. I also enjoy tinkering with websites and new technologies. When I am not in the IT world, I like to abandon it completely by hiking mountains or going on larger 3 day hikes.
